“Can words describe the fragrance of the very breath of spring?”

Embarking on a journey to Japan during spring is an enchanting experience that fills the soul with wonder and delight.
As the flowers awaken from their winter slumber, flowers bloom simultaneously, paint the landscape with hues of pink and white, creating a scene straight out of a fairytale.

Join me today as we journey to a stunning location in Kanagawa Prefecture to admire one of my favorite types of cherry blossoms, the Harumeki zakura flower.

Harumeki zakura cherry blossoms typically bloom earlier than other varieties, often coinciding with graduation ceremonies.

We visited there over the weekend, and surprisingly, it wasn’t crowded at all compared to Tokyo.

The petals of Harumeki Zakura evoke the image of tiny clouds, drifting gracefully in the spring sky

Cross the bridge to capture the panoramic view from there. It’s a pretty decent spot for taking photos, isn’t it?

Harumeki Zakura has a delicate and faintly sweet smell 🌸
